Learning Resource Centre
The modern purpose- built LRC is a large, attractive space with a wide range of resources and facilities to help students succeed on their courses. Online resources, including e-journals, databases and subject-specific software, are available via Moodle.

There is a strong emphasis on promoting reading for pleasure and the fiction section is popular with our students. Overall, the LRC offers more than 40,000 items to choose from. The LRC has 80 PCs that are available for students to use at any time when they are not in lessons. The LRC also features a silent study area, offers scanning and photocopying and provides DVD viewing facilities.
LRC staff are available to help students use the resources and facilities effectively. The LRC also operates a very popular Suggestion Box which encourages students to request the resources they want.
